With 5,100 employees and a supplied area of 50,000 km², Westnetz is the largest DSO in Germany and supplies around 7.5 million people with electricity, gas, water and district heating. As part of E.ON SE, Westnetz is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of an electricity network of 185,000 kilometers.
